By registering for the Path To Prosperity VIP Day and related activities (the “Event(s)”) conducted or organized by Path to Prosperity LLC (the “Organizer”), I hereby agree to these terms and conditions. I have been advised not to register for or attend the Event(s) if I have any objection to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). My attendance at the Event shall evidence my full and complete acceptance hereof.

Event Admission
Admittance. Registration entitles my entry to the Event(s). All other costs associated with my attendance, including, without limitation, any travel, accommodation or meal expenses, will be my sole responsibility.

Termination. I acknowledge that Organizer reserves the right to prohibit my attendance at or request my removal from the Event(s) if I fail to abide by this Agreement, or Organizer, in its sole discretion, considers my presence and/or behavior a disruption or hinderance to the Event(s) and/or the enjoyment of the Event(s) by other attendees or speakers. I agree to respect other people, Organizer’s equipment, facilities and property, and to follow any reasonable instructions or directions given by Organizer through its employees, representatives or agents and to abide by any decision of any of Organizer’s staff relative to the safety and security of participants in the Events. This includes, but not limited to, being subject to searches and security checks and inspections generally, prohibition or temporary confiscation of personal property deemed restricted, in Organizer’s sole discretion.

Registration Fees
Payment for the Event will be to the Organizer at the rate of $5,000 USD and will be due at the time of purchasing a ticket. You may choose to alternatively pay a non-refundable $500 deposit to secure your spot, and pay the remaining balance no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event date.

Event Content
All intellectual property rights in and to the Event(s), all content and materials shared or distributed at or in connection with the Event(s) are owned by Organizer, the sponsors or speakers participating in the Event(s). I may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks, copyrighted or otherwise proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) presented or appearing at the Event(s) without the prior written permission of the owner of the Intellectual Property.

No Guarantee
The Organizer cannot and does not guarantee that I will achieve any particular result or earnings from my participation in the Events, and I expressly acknowledge that results and earnings differ for each individual. I acknowledge, understand, accept and agree that I am 100% responsible for my progress and results from the Events.

Cancellations and Refunds
I am aware that it is the Organizer's intention for me to benefit from the Events and receive value from them. However, I also understand that given the nature of these Events and the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing each Event, the Organizer has a no refund policy. I further acknowledge that unless otherwise provided by law, the Organizer does not offer refunds for any portion of the payments for the Events and no refunds will be provided at any time.
In the event that Organizer cancels the Events or any portion thereof for any reason whatsoever, the Events or applicable portion of the Event will be rescheduled and you will be notified of the new date and time.

Accident Waiver
I understand that, while every reasonable precaution has been taken to promote safety, not every situation can be controlled. Therefore, I ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT and INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Organizer or persons mentioned in this document and release those parties from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the Event(s). This release includes, by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act on the part of the Organizer any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of the Organizer or from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by the Organizer or any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of the Organizer.

Under no circumstances shall Organizer be held liable for my injury, illness or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Event(s) or during my travels to and from the Event(s). Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of an accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Event(s), I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify Organizer verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Event(s) in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Organizer is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper me from fully and healthfully participating in the Event(s) that I will notify the Organizer and that the Organizer retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of or the entirety of the Event(s).
